Worldwide shipping

Hallberg-Rassy Pars ship products to customers all around the globe. Our goal is to always deliver as fast as possible. Read more about our shipping policy below. 

1. Stock status

Most items listed in the webshop are stock items and can therefore be shipped right away. During high season also these products may take up to one week before dispatched.

For items ordered that we do not hold in stock and where we expect a further delivery time than the above stated one week, this information is visible on the item page before ordering, or in some cases we will notify the purchaser our expected delivery time.

 

2. Delivery and transport

All goods are shipped Ex.work.
Transport insurance can be ordered separate. Transport damages have to be claimed with the delivery driver directly on arrival. Make sure the driver register the damage in his hand-computer or/and on paper, and document also the damage packages BEFORE opening it with photos. This is our only chance to claim the damage with the transport company.

Without registered damage as well as photo, we stand no chance claiming this with the transport company.

 

3. Freight

There is always a shipping cost on all orders. The freight cost is calculated on weight and volume - this is done automatically in the shopping cart and the cost of the shipping is reported at checkout. We ship both with Standard package and Express package. You choose this at checkout.

For large products such as Bimini or pushpit etc, the shipping cost will be added to the final invoice.
