Rope Cutter for Shaft (Split) 30-45 mm

This rope cutter is commonly installed on Hallberg-Rassy yachts. It is easy to install and requires minimal space on the shaft. Manufactured from high-quality 316L stainless steel, it ensures durability and long-lasting performance.

Fitting Requirements:
A general rule of thumb for installation is that there should be a minimum distance of 50% of the shaft diameter between the front of the rope cutter and the cutlass bearing.
Example: for a 45 mm shaft, this means a clearance of 22.5 mm.
Additionally, the rope cutter itself requires 17.5 mm of shaft space. The total space needed on the shaft is 17,5 mm + 50% of axle diameter.
